Okkadu producer MS Raju, may be we shouldn't limit him for being Okkadu producer. The man behind hits like Shatruvu, Nuvvosthanthe Nenoddantana, Mansantha Nuvve, Nee Sneham, Varsham and obviously, Okkadu decided to become a director.

He directed Vaana, the remake of Kannada Cinema, Mungaru Male after Pournami and Aata flops. He produced them but Vaana - he for the first time directed while producing it. He later tried to launch his son's career with Tuneega Tuneega.

The movie failed and his son, Sumanth Ashwin tried to survive in the Industry on his own. He is out of projects, now. It is sad to see a producer with such illustrious list of hit films being unable to find a good subject for his son or his next film.

Anyways, he decided to direct a very bold film, Dirty Hari with Guduru Sateesh Babu and Guduru Sai Praneeth as producers. "The movie will have a good reception on OTT platforms too even though it best suits for theatrical viewing", opined director in his interview to a media outlet.
