The regular shooting of 'Okka Magadu' directed and produced by YVS Choudary on the banner of Bommarillu with Yuva Ratna Balakrishna, Anushka and Nisha Kothari in the lead and Simran in a special role is progressing well. The shooting would continue in Rayalaseema region between January 18 and 24.

According to the schedule, the film would be shot at Mahanandi in Kurnool on January 18, at Ahobilam on 19, at Ontimitta in Kadapa district on 20, at Pushpagiri on 21, at Pulivendula on 22, at Thadipatri on 23 and at Lepakshi near Hindupur on January 24.

Besides Balakrishna, several other senior film artistes would involve in the shooting. After this schedule, the entire unit would participate in the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Telugu Cinema to be held from January 26 to 28. Manisharma is providing tunes for this film and the producer is planning to release the film in April.
