The Andhra segment rights of 'Okka Kshanam', starring Allu Sirish and directed by Vi Anand, have been acquired by producer Kashi Vishwanadham for a whopping Rs. 6 Cr.

This deal has only boosted the image of the semi-sci fi entertainer. Since 'Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada' of Anand was a big hit, and Sirish seems to be in full form, the rights have fetched a high price.

Srinivas Avasarala will be seen in a key role in this movie, while Surabhi of 'Gentleman' fame and Seerat Kapoor of 'Run Raja Run' fame are the female leads. Vennela Kishore, Sathya, Praveen, Kashi Vishwanath and Rohini are other members of the cast. Dialogues are by Abburi Ravi.

Music is by Mani Sharma. Sujeeth Vasudev is the cinematographer. Chota K Prasad is the editor. Nagendra Prasad is the art director.

The film releases on Dec 23, a day after 'Hello!' and two days after 'MCA'.
