The audio of Okka Ammayi Thappa was released in the presence of film personalities like VV Vinayak, Boyapati Sreenu, Sai Dharam Tej, Gunasekhar, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, MS Raju, Gemini Kiran, Chota K Naidu, Gautam Raju, Nallamalapu Bujji, besides the main cast and crew of the movie.

The big CD was unveiled by Vinayak. Teju released the audio CD and handed over the first copy to Boyapati.

Chota K Naidu said, "The heroine has a key role here. Without Nithya Menen, there is no OAT. She insisted that the film be made without bothering about commerciality. Raja Simha was searching for the right producer for many years. With this album, a new Mickey has been born."

Merlapaka Gandhi said, "The visuals are very good. Raja Simha garu has turned into a director from being a writer."

Boyapati Sreenu said, "Raja Simha is a very good writer. I am proud to say that he assisted me with scripting for Sarrainodu. There are amazing music directors in Telugu. Mickey is amazing when it comes to composing melodies. Sundeep and Nithya are great performers."

VV Vinayak said, "Raja Simha narrated to me the story seven years ago. I am happy that he has directed his own story. I think this film could be made on a budget of Rs. 15 cr, instead of Rs. 25 cr because of Chota K Naidu. I sincerely appreciate the lead pair."

Gunasekhar said, "Sundeep has taken a distinct career path since the days of Prasthanam. Expectations from this film have gone up because of Nithya Menen. Raja Simha has chosen a complex point to tell."

Sai Dharam Tej said, "Me and Sundeep are good friends. We always discuss our projects. Raja Simha garu wrote the dialogues of my first movie Rey. I got to work with Mickey for Subrahmanyam For Sale. I have worked with Ravi Kishan garu."

Regina said, "I wish the entire unit all the very best. I am happy that Mickey, who composed music for Routine Love Story, is the composer for this film."

Sundeep Kishan said, "This film is the result of three years of our efforts. You will see my best performance. Most of the credit should go to Nithya Menen. This was an attempt at making a great film, not just a hit film. Mavayya (Chota K Naidu) has made this film without charging anything. This film tells that where women are worshipped, there dwells the divine. I got to work with Mickey for a second time after Routine Love Story. I thank the producer Anji Reddy garu for reposing faith in us."

Nithya Menen said, "This one is the director's movie. Raja Simha garu has written the script in a gripping way. The audience won't feel bored even for a minute while watching the movie. Not just this film, but every movie of Raja Simha garu will be a hit. Sundeep is an amazing co-star. Mickey has given wonderful tunes."

Mickey said, "In this month, this is my third album to hit the market (after A Aa and Brahmotsavam). Raja Simha garu is a talented person."

Raja Simha said, "I have worked as an associate writer under Jayanth C Paranje and Paruchuri Brothers. As an independent writer, I have written for about 15 movies. I wrote this story way back in 2007. More than once, two projects took off but had to be close down due to some reasons. Many wondered as to how I will execute this story. With Chota K Naidu garu, the film was redeemed. There is CG work up to an hour. But that's not identifiable. Most of the film takes place on Hi-Tec city flyover. Since it's not possible to shoot there all the scenes, a separate set was created in Annapurna Studios.
