Actor Ashok Selvan had this year acted in the romantic entertainer Oh My Kadavule directed by debutant Ashwath Marimuthu. The love story with a fantasy element is one of the biggest hits of the year and was also appreciated recently by Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu.

Oh My Kadavule also starred Ritika Singh and Vani Bhojan and had music by Leon James. The movie also featured cameos by Vijay Sethupathi, Ramesh Thilak and Gautham Vasudev Menon and is set to be remade in Telugu soon.

Now, Oh my Kadavule has received an international recognition as the movie has been chosen to be screened in the International Indian Film Festival, Toronto, 2020, to be held between August 9-15. Ashwath shared the happy news as he tweeted "Okay guys !! First film first international recognition !! Very content !
