If Ram Gopal Varma has announced 'Lakshmi's NTR', the other biopic that will star Nandamuri Balakrishna as NTR will be directed by Teja.

As has been anticipated, Balayya has chosen Teja over RGV, Deva Katta and others. It's not yet known as to when this film will go on the floors. After KS Ravikumar's 'Karna' (tentative title), the Nata Simha will shoot for Puri Jagannadh's movie, later which he will shoot for Boyapati Srinu's one.

This film was supposed to be directed by RGV. Balayya later recalibrated his strategy so as to give a try with others. Teja and team are yet to complete the scripting work.

Unlike RGV's biopic, the Balayya-Teja movie should be deemed to be the mainstream one, as it is going to tell the story from the Nandamuris' perspective.

Before the biopic, Teja will direct Venkatesh. The movie will feature him as a professor.
