The grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 was special in several ways. Title winner Abhijeet, runner-up Akhil Sathak and the second runner-up Sohel shared that they have a common dream. Each of them believes that the reality show is just a stepping stone for their cinema dreams.
"My first film (Sekhar Kammula's 'Life Is Beautiful') released eight years ago. Just as there are two innings in a cricket test match, I too believe my filmy career has got two innings. I am hoping to start the second one," Abhijeet said, suggesting that he hasn't got any recognition and success so far in films.
Akhil said that he wants to play the main villain in films. "I can look the part. I see Bigg Boss as a stepping stone to get into films," the TV serial actor stated.
When it was his turn, Sohel revealed, "I will be making a small-budget movie with the Rs 25 lakh I have won here." Surprisingly, Sohel got an incredible promise from Megastar Chiranjeevi, who assured him that he will not only support the film but will also do a cameo in it. This is something even senior-most people in the film industry haven't been able to get from Chiru!
When Kaushal Manda won the Bigg Boss title two years ago, there was this manufactured hype that he will make it big in the film industry. More than two years later, he hasn't been seen in any notable film or role. Let's hope Abhijeet, Akhil and Sohel will prove the skeptics wrong!
