Bollywood stars often have to face toxicity and negativity on social media for a variety of insignificant reasons and Nushrratt Bharuccha is no exception. The actress faced tonnes of creepy and abusive comments on Instagram regarding her recent film 'Janhit Me Jaari' for addressing a taboo topic like sex.
In a recent media interaction, Nushrratt talked about the incident and shared her perception about trolls. According to a recent report in ETimes, she stated, "I was not at all prepared for this. I am someone who doesn’t sit and read comments on my posts. So, the reactions never really reached me. This time around, when I shared one of the first communications of my film online it broke all limits.”
Nushrratt further added, "You know what, I don’t even want to call them trolls. I still want to respect them and say that these are just people who have shared their opinion. Maybe they have some stress in their life and this is their way of relieving it. From this incident I have realised that kisise darr ke chupp nahi baithna chahiye. Just take it on and give it back. I would like to do more such taboo breaking films now as an answer to their filthy reaction.”
