A horrible incident of a child's head getting separated from its body during delivery in a primary health care center in Kanchipuram has sent shock waves across the place. Bommi was admitted in the primary health care center in Koovathur in Kanchipuram district yesterday night.

When she was admitted, the doctors weren't present, and hence the nurses available took charge of the delivery, and all the arrangements were made for the normal delivery process. The delivery process had also started.

However as the baby started emerging out, the inexperienced nurses could not do the delivery right, as the baby's head got separated from its body, and the child had a tragic death. Later the body of the baby was removed, and Bommi was sent immediately to government hospital in Chengalpattu, and following this incident, people of the are in complete shock, and are blaming the absence of doctors in the health care center.
