Accompanied by the tagline 'Vaidyo Narayano Hari,' the film stars Vaidika Senjaliya as the female lead, with Vennela Kishore, Keshav Deepak, Madhu Narayan, SRS Prasad, Ayishani, and Sahasra essaying significant roles.
The movie's musical score is crafted by Mark K Robin, while Rakesh Hoshamani takes charge as the cinematographer, and B. Nageswar Reddy handles the editing. Notably, Chaitanya's father is producing "Breathe" under the banner of Basavatarakarama Creations. The film is written and directed by Vamsi Krishna Akella, known for his directorial ventures like "Raksha" (2008) and "The Trip" (2021). This debut marks the maiden project under the Basavatarakarama Creations banner, which was formally introduced as part of the NTR Centenary celebrations.
