The suspense over who will be the heroine of NTR30 has come to an end, once and for all. After years of keeping Tollywood in a waiting mode, Janhvi Kapoor has come on board for a project down South. And it helps that the project is a pan-India outing.

Director Koratala Siva has enlisted the 'Dhadak' actress as Jr NTR's heroine. An announcement to this effect was made on Monday. "She's the calm in the storm from the fierce world of #NTR30 (sic)," a poster put out by NTR Arts said today.

Produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna, the film will commence its shoot in the last week of this month. It is safe to assume that the pretty diva, who is Late Sridevi's daughter, will be playing a performance-centric role in the movie. The 'Acharya' director must have scripted a fine role for her.

Music is by Anirudh Ravichander. Sabu Cyril is going to be the film's Production Designer. A Sreekar Prasad is its editor. Ratnavelu is its cinematographer.

As is known, the film will hit the screens on April 5, 2024.
