'NTR' new release date as confirmed by Balakrishna

With the delay caused by Teja's exit and the late entry of Krish Jagarlamudi, it was inevitable for 'NTR' to be postponed. Originally, the makers had planned to release the biopic this Dasara. It won't be happening.
After paying tributes to NT Rama Rao (whose Jayanthi it's today), Balakrishna on Monday officially announced the film's release date as the 2019 Sankranthi season. Is it timed to be out just before elections? There is no political motive in making this biopic, the Nandamuri Nata Simha said. Only time will tell with which films will 'NTR' compete with the coming January.
To be made simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, the biopic will have dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra, who has penned 'Kanche' and 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' for Krish in the past.
