Now it is Big B's turn to play a handicapped man

Rani Mukherjee did it in 'Black'. Tusshar Kapoor did it in 'Golmaal'. Kareena Kapoor did it in 'Chup Chup Ke'. Kajol did it in 'Fanaa'. And now it is the turn of Big B to enact the role of a handicapped character in his upcoming film 'Eklavya - The Royal Guard'.

Playing his age, as per the film's title, Amitabh Bachchan plays a 'royal guard' in the film who has been entrusted with the responsibility of protect the fort, dynasty and the king, something that nine generations before him had been doing loyally for Devigarh, a centuries old citadel in Rajasthan.

While he gives his heart, body and soul in this duty of his, there is something that deceives Eklavya (the character played by Big B) - his failing eyesight! How he fights the battles of his own handicap, disturbances external to him and the inner conflicts of the dynasty, forms the journey of 'Eklavya' into the last years of his life.
