After special track (Lungi Dance) dedicated to Superstar Rajinikanth, next in line is a full length movie that will pay tribute to the ‘Thalaiva’.

Producer Mrs. Saroj recently announced her maiden Hindi venture ‘Main Hoon Rajnikanth', to be produced under the banner of Varsha Productions. Being written and directed by Faisal Saif, the film will mark the debut of noted star of South, Adithya Menon, into Hindi industry. It will also feature the sensational actress Kavita Radheshyam and Aryaman Ramsay. Incidentally it will be a bilingual project - to be made in Tamil as ‘En Peru Rajinikanth’.

According to the director, "The film is tribute to Rajnikanth sir and it will be an out and out comedy film." Adithya Menon is said to play a CBI Officer in the film. In an interview, he clarified that he is not going to make a spoof of the legendary icon. "My character (in the film) idolizes him and all the elements that make Rajinikanth what he is - standing for good fighting evil and being strong."

Cinematography by Murzy Pagdiwala, music by Tausif Ali (of Pakistan), art by Mahendra Singh and editing by Ashutosh are the other credits of the film.

Director Faisal Saif is currently out of Mumbai to scout the locations of the film and it will mount the sets on 31st April.
