Not joining politics: Gautam Gambhir

Gautam Gambhir, the 37-year-old cricketer who recently announced retirement from all forms of cricket, has clarified that he won't be joining politics. There have been rumours that he will join the BJP.
I have no interest to join politics. I do social work with the intention of changing lives, he said.
Gambhir doesn't feel bad about not getting to play a farewell match. He says that farewell matches don't matter at all.
The iconic sportsman has hailed the fact that women's cricket is at an all-time high. Media is giving it attention these days, he said.
