Father-son, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and superstar Hrithik Roshan have delivered number of superhits together. However, their combo has been discontinued with the director-producer's next venture. Recently news was out that Rakesh Roshan is coming up with a film, that will be helmed by 'Game' famed Abhinay Deo and which has Irrfan Khan and Aditi Rao Hydari as a pair.

While one would have expected Hrithik to take on the lead, the baton has however gone to Kunal Kapoor, who turned lucky with this one. According to our sources, Hrithik was to work on this film as but due to unavailability of dates he will not be able to do this film. When Rakesh Roshan and Abhinay Deo were looking who can they get to replace Hrithik they thought of Kunal Kapoor and approached him for the same. And that's how Kunal has been finalized for the role.

Since it is an action film, the fact that Kunal is trained in kick-boxing and Kalaripayattu, worked well for the makers.

Well, Hrithik's loss is Kuna's gain.
