Team 'Rock On 2' team is being galored with love and respect form the north east. The north eastern community in Delhi is inviting the 'Rock On 2' team to meet them. The capital of the country is hugely populated with north eastern culture.

Ritesh Sidhwani's upcoming musical has been extensively shot last year during October and November in Shillong which is the capital of Meghalaya. The city is known for its beautiful scenic beauty. While the shooting locations of most of the latest movies are being preferred in international countries, the makers of the rock musical drama decided to break the trend and shoot at the scenic hill station of the north eastern state of the country.

The entire cast of 'Rock On 2' has fallen in love with the breathtaking beauty of Shillong. The team was mesmerized by the city's beauty and immensely enjoyed shooting at the fascinating hill station. Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor, who couldn't stop uploading posts and tweets of the enchanting hill station on social media, can't wait to visit the place again. Fans were kept updated with the tremendous fun that the cast had on the sets in Shillong.

The north eastern community feels immensely happy and proud that the team of the rock hit have shot in Shillong! Instead of choosing a location in another country, the makers decided to shoot the movie in our very own country.
