None but Balakrishna could do it: Ministers, producer hail!

The 100-days function of 'Jai Simha' was held on Sunday at Chilakaluripet.  The event was graced by the film's who's who, and two Ministers, among others.

Anand Babu, Social Welfare Minister, AP, said, "I am very happy to be here today.  After NTR garu, it's only Balayya garu who can create or recreate history in both cinema and politics.  It's a matter of pride that 'Jai Simha' ran for 100 days in four centers."

Prathipati Pulla Rao, the Civil Supplies Minister, said, "I congratulate Balayya Babu, director KS Ravikumar, producer C Kalyan and others for giving the Telugu film industry a 100-day film."

Producer C Kalyan said, "Whenever I meet Pulla Rao garu, I feel peaceful.  He can cure us of our sadness with his smile.  No hero but for Balayya Babu had ever celebrated a function like this at Chilakaluripet.  Balayya Babu alone has done it 11 times.  His film 'Paramaveera Chakra' could give us awards but not rewards.

'Jai Simha' was to be his 101st movie.  But since Ravi Kumar garu asked for more time to complete the script, 'JS' became 102nd movie.  I wish that Balayya Babu continues to do four movies a year.  'NTR' will definitely be a super hit.  He will start shooting for another movie from May."

Balakrishna expressed his happiness over being at Chilakaluripet.  Saying that he has always moved ahead taking his father as an inspiration, he expressed gratitude for the love bestowed on him by the Telugu audience.  He said that the credit for the success of 'Jai Simha' goes to everybody.

"C Kalyan garu produced this movie without worrying about any prevalent trend.  I will always be indebted to the Telugu audience for loving me without any expectation.  I feel fortunate to be playing my father's role in 'NTR'," Balayya said.
