The Egmore court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Vishal on a case filed by the Income Tax Department. The warrant was issued as the popular action star failed to appear before the authorities after several notices were issued. The case was filed by the IT wing alleging that the Tax Deducted at Source was not followed by Vishal while paying his staff.

When we got in touch with our sources in the court we were informed that Vishal has been granted time till the 28th of August and only if he fails to appear at the Income Tax office the non-bailable warrant will come into force.

Vishal is currently busy shooting for Sundar C's untitled film in which Tamannaah and Aishwarya Lekhsmi are the leading ladies. He will also marry his fiance Anisha Alla Reddy by the end of this year.
