Nochipatti Thirumoorthy, a differently abled boy came into the limelight after a video of him singing the "Kannana Kannae" song from Thala Ajith's 'Viswasam' went viral. D. Imman promised to use his talent and asked social media users to share his number. As promised, the melody maker has given Thirumoorthy a song in his upcoming movie 'Seeru' and has also roped in Vaikkom Vijayalakshmi for the reprise of the same song.
Parvathy the lyricist for the song has shared, "I'm absolutely happy to have written the lyrics for Nochipatti Thirumoorthy's debut song in the film 'Seeru', directed by Rathinasiva sir. This is my second song with music director Imman after a super hit song in the film 'Jilla'. Thirumoorthy is no doubt a talented singer and it was a pleasure to hear him croon my lines for Imman sir's soulful music. Likewise, the reprise of the same song has been crooned by the very talented Vaikkom Vijayalakshmi. It was an absolute delight to hear her render my lines in her mellifluous voice with the perfect diction."
'Seeru' produced by Ishari Ganesh's Vels Films International banner has Jiiva and Riya Suman as the lead pair while Navdeep, Gayathri Krishna and Sathish play other prominent characters.
