Saikiran Adivi of 'Vinayakudu' and 'Keratam' fame is all set to direct an action-cum-rom-com film with Karthik Raju and Sasha Chettri as the leads.  Pratibha Adivi, Ashish Reddy and Keshav Swaroop have come together as producers to bankroll the project on Vinayakudu Talkies.

Although the film has producers, they are not investors in a formal sense.  This is one film where no artist or technician will charge any remuneration.  Once revenues flow before and after the film's release, they will distribute the returns among themselves on the basis of their contribution in making the film!  As such, even the lead actors and the director are not going to be paid any remuneration.

Satish Degala will make investments towards non-remuneration expenses.  Padmanabha Reddy of You & I Entertainments will take care of expenses related to cinematography department, light department, and daily wages.  The Editor will take care of post-production expenses.

The film, tentatively titled 'OGF', will star Manoj Nandam as the main villain.  Sasha, the heroine, is better known as the 4G Airtel ad girl.  Karthik, Parvateesam (of 'Kerintha' fame), Nithya Naresh, Anish Kuruvilla and Abburi Ravi are part of the cast.
