The audio event of 'F2' was held in Vizag on Sunday evening. Speaking on the occasion, Varun Tej was at his brief best.

"I am very happy to be in Vizag this evening. My acting school was near Jagadamba theatre, at Sathyanand garu's place. I am really overwhelmed to be here today. I thank Ganta Srinivas Rao garu for making this event possible today. He has always been close to our family," he said.

"I must thank Anil Ravipudi garu. Nobody who has watched my previous films would give me 'F2'. It was bold on his part to offer me the kind of character I have played in this movie. I hope I have somehow managed to pull it off. It has been an honour to work with Venkatesh sir, who has been a mentor and a friend," the Mega hero added.

"This is my first film with Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad," he said, thanking the lyricists, and the entire cast and crew of the Sankranthi entertainer.

The film will hit the screens on January 12.
