As Shruti Haasan celebrates her birthday tomorrow (she will be 32), the 'Katamarayudu' and 'Sabaash Naidu' actress tells an English-language daily that she doesn't want to answer questions about bagging roles beyond the age of 30.
She feels that heroines ought not to be asked such questions when their male counterparts play roles much younger than their own age even at 40. Shruti tells the example of 40-plus actors playing college student roles.
Last year, Shruti had a release each in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. She has visibly stopped accepting movies in a quick succession. Her discography could become bulkier in the coming years than her filmography.
