Pope Francis certainly seems to believe in humour and self-help. He recently stuck a sign on his apartment door that read: “No Whining”.

The sign was given to him by Italian psychologist and self-help author Salvo Noe and the Pope promised to put it up.

The sign further said that whiners might have a syndrome where they always feel like victims and consequently lose their “humour and capacity to solve problems.”

Whining in front of kids meant a high penalty, reads the sign, and a solution is focus on one`s potential. Possibly giving the best advice, it ended with: “Stop complaining and take steps to improve your life”.
