Lingusamy has begun his next directorial venture titled Sandaikozhi starring Chellamae fame Vishal in the lead role.Meera Jasmine, has accepted to play ladylove to Vishal in Sandaikozhi.

Laughter the aim

Vivek says his priority is to make people laugh. "There are wild rumors that I will quit playing comedy roles once Solli Adippen is released. I wonder who spread these baseless reports about me. As long as people love me playing comedy roles, I will continue to do so. If Solli Adippen clicks, I would perhaps do one movie every year as a hero".

Trisha and Tamil

Trisha, who had successfully paired with Vikram in Samy, was cast as the heroine in Rockline Venkatesh's film that is to be a remake of the Malayalam hit Thommanum Makkalum.Initially, Trisha accepted the film even though it was a hero-centric one. But now she says that she has date problems as she is busy in Telugu.

Not so funny

Tamil filmdom is dominated by two comedians - Vivek and Vadivelu now. Both the actors have jacked up their prices for their presence in films releasing these days have become quite essential.
