The shooting of Renjith's new film Prajapathi with Mammootty in the lead role will begin on March 20. Renjith pens the story and screenplay. Athithi Rao will be the heroine of the film. Meanwhile next month Mamootty's film with Joemon will begin.

Joemon has made films like Anaswaram, Jackpot, Siddharth, Samrajyam etc. The script is penned by C Anoop.

Sreenivasan plays an important role in the film.
