No sex with foreigners during FIFA World Cup, warning to Russian women

The football fever has caught on with millions of fans worldwide glued to their television sets wondering if their team would clinch the title. However, Russian lawmakers seem to be worried about something else. And that is women having sexual relationships with foreigners during the world cup.
Tamara Pletnyova, Russian State Duma member is the one who issued the warning. She is also the chairwoman of the Family, Women and Children Welfare Committee in the lower house of the parliament. “There will be girls who meet men, and then they will give birth, maybe they will get married, maybe they won’t. But the kids will suffer, just like they suffered [in 1980], she said.
A spokesperson for the Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russian women can manage their own affairs and that they are the best women in the world.
