Producer Dil Raju decides it once and for all. Never the one to fear competition, he said it even on the day 'Shathamanam Bhavati' was launched that the film is a Sankranthi entertainer and so, it will be fittingly released during that season in January next. However, there have been reports that the film won't be hitting the screens in Jan, 2017.

When IndiaGlitz asked the ace producer about the same, he categorically said that the Sharwanand-starrer will be released for Sankranthi come what may. "The film will hit the screens on Jan 14," he said.

He has plans to hold the audio function on December 18. The family entertainer has been shot in Rajahmundry. Anupama Parameswaran is the heroine.
