No nostalgia in 'Kaala'

Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kaala', directed by Pa Ranjith and produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films, is the major summer attraction releasing on April 27.

While its teaser releases tomorrow, here comes the news that you won't find Rajini's Kaala Seth getting nostalgic in the film. This needs to be said because, in 'Kabali', the superstar's character indulged in so much nostalgia. As per sources, Rajini's character in 'Kaala' brims with energy right from the beginning to end!

The film has quite a few things in common with the mass hero's 'Baasha' (1995). Rajini plays a Mumbai don in both these films, and a 'Kaala' poster sees him patting a ferocious dog which was also done for the Suresh Krishna directed film 23 years ago.
