No more hurdles for Superstar's 'Lingaa'

Team Lingaa' can breath better as the Madurai HC had dismissed the plagiarism case filed by Ravi Ratnam. The petitioner had said that the storyline of Lingaa' has been taken from his movie Mullai Vanam 999' and demanded a ban on the movie.

Early this morning, the Madurai High Court dismissed the case citing that there aren't enough evidence from the petitioner and given its nod to release the movie without any restrictions.

Directed by K.S. Ravikumar, Lingaa' boasts Rajinikanth, Sonakshi, Anushka, and Santhanam in the lead roles. A.R. Rahman has scored the music and Vendhar Movies is releasing the movie across TN.
