The shoot of 'Thuramukham', actor Nivin Pauly's ambitious movie with director Rajeev Ravi, has been wrapped up. The movie which went on floors in April last year has finally completed.

'Thuramukham', features a stellar cast of Nivin Pauly, Nimisha Sajayan, Joju George, Indrajith Sukumaran, Sudev Nair, Arjun Ashokan and Poornima Indrajith. The movie is Nivin's first collaboration with director-cinematographer Rajeev Ravi.

Touted to be a period thriller set in the 30s and 40s, the movie will revolve around the popular protests against the inhuman 'Chappa' system, a work guarantee scheme practiced in the Cochin harbor. According to the system, copper coins were thrown to a large number of workers waiting in the harbour, and whoever manages to grab one will be given work.

The team had recently unveiled the movie's first look poster and impressed fans in no time. Interestingly, the poster also features how miserable the system was and gives a sneak peek about Nivin's character look

The movie is scripted by Gopan Chidambaram, of 'Iyobinte Pusthakam' fame, Produced by Thekkepat Films, the movie's cinematography is handled by Rajeev Ravi, the director himself.
