After delivering the blockbuster 'Theri' with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Atlee has emerged as one of the highly bankable director of Kollywood. The youngster has also ventured into production at a very early stage of his career. The shooting of his debut production venture 'Sangili Bungili Kathava Thorae' staring Jiiva and Sridivya in lead roles has been wrapped up on Tuesday.

Now Atlee has confirmed that his next production venture will have the 'Premam' star Nivin Pauly in lead role. It is worth recalling that IndiaGlitz was the first to raise this speculation about Atlee's teaming up with Nivin as early as June 4th

Malayalam star Nivin Pauly has become extremely popular among Tamil audience after the tremendous success of the Malayalam film 'Premam' in Tamil Nadu. Since then he has started concentrating on Tamil films as well. He is currently acting in the Tamil remake of Kannada super hit 'Ulidavaru Kandanthe' and another Tamil film.

Now his teaming up with Atlee's 'A for Apple' production banner for a Tamil film strengthens this perception. The yet to be titled film will be directed by debutant Suriya Balakrishnan.

The names of the other cast and crew members will be announced soon.
