Nivin Pauly contradicts himself the awards

Nivin Pauly has gone on record saying that he will not do a movie for awards. He says that he is interested in committing to those films to which he can relate as a person and an actor. He also said that he will only give a green signal if he feels a spark after hearing the full script.

However, contradicting these very statement made by him is his committing dates for directors like Dr. Biju and Siddarth Siva, whose movies mainly do the rounds in the festival circuits and wins awards. A question arises if Nivin's commitment for these filmmakers aren't for awards.
