Young actress Niveda Thomas is not new to Tamil audiences as she has appeared in films like Poraali`, Jilla` and Naveena Saraswathi Sabatham` but it is as Selvi the elder daughter of Kamal Haasan in Papanasam` that has made people sit up and take notice of her. In an exclusive interview with IG Tamil Niveda shared many an interesting tidbit about her experience working with the Ulaganayagan in Papanasam`.

Niveda revealed that though Kamal Haasan has spoken many dialects of Tamil in previous movies the legend was scared whether he got the deep interior Nellai Tamil right and used to keep on asking writer Suraa to be reassured and the young actress feels that this dedication is what has made him what he is. She also added that Kamal, Gowthami and Esther behaved like her real family on the sets and Kamal even used to make coffee for her.
