Nitin loses his innocence

Those round eyes radiate innocence. That cherubic face still has some baby fat in it.

And Nitin looks like a young boy just out of school.

But not in his forthcoming release Sye.

For this movie of S S Chandramouli, Nitin has done some growing up --- a stubble and mentally, too. Quite simply, Nitin has lost his innocence for this film.

Sye, according to Chandramouli, will showcase Nitin in a totally new light. He will look rugged and robust.

"I changed his style, his get-up, because I don't like soft images and my characters don't fall in that category," says the director.

Given this tough-as-nails image for the film, the director has also used the most macho of all games --- rugby --- as a backdrop for this film.

Nitin has taken a great gamble by opting to play this character.

Now, will the man in this boy rise up to the occasion
