Nithiin following Chiranjeevi, Mohan Babu

Remakes have become the fad of the season in Tollywood. Stars like Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Mohan Babu, Allari Naresh, Naga Chaitanya, etc are testing waters in several remakes. According to filmnagar reports, actor Nithiin is the latest entrant to join the bandwagon of actor's working in remakes in Tollywood.

Grapevine is that Nithiin is evincing interest to work in the Telugu remake of Tamil movie Eetti. Directed by Ravi Arasu, the film features Atharva Murali and Sri Divya in the lead roles. The film has become one the biggest hits of 2015 in Tamil and apparently grabbed the attention of a lot of Telugu actors.

Impressed with the story, Nithiin is keen to grab the remake rights of the film and is likely to reprise Atharva Murali's role in the Telugu version. Ravi Arasu is in contention to direct this Telugu remake.

Currently, Nithiin is shooting for Trivikram Srinivas's rom-com A…Aa. The film is expected to hit the screens in February. In all probability, Eetti remake would hit the floors soon after Nithiin wraps up his next release.
