Nissar Ahmed chief guest, Dasara festival inauguration

The most humble, simple and exemplary literary personality known as Nityotsava poet Prof KS Nissar Ahmed has been invited to inaugurate the 2017 Mysuru Dasara Festival says district in charge minister Dr H C Mahadevappa.
