'Rajaratham', the Telugu-Kannada bilingual, is directed by Sandalwood's Anup Bhandari.
The news is that the film's second single, titled 'Neeli Meghama', was released the other day by 'Kirrak Party' actor Nikhil Siddhartha. Rendered by Abhay Jodhpurkar, who has previously sung for the likes of AR Rahman and Harris Jayaraj, it's an aesthetically shot number (the video version is also out).
"We have shot the number in the untouched locales of Malshej Ghat and Mahabaleshwar. This romantic song sees a magical play of words where the interpretation can be done in two ways; a song about the earth, cloud, and the sun or about the three characters - Abhi, Megha, and Suraj. Ramajogayya Sastry's lyrics are splendid," the makers say.
Associated with this song are the musicians at the Chennai Orchestra, with the Strings conducted by the famous Sax Raja. Bosco-Caeser duo has choreographed the dance moves which is so simple and neat. "Rajar Poddar's production design and William David's cinematography is a visual treat," the makers promise.
The film stars Nirup Bhandari, Avantika Shetty, Kollywood's Arya, Ravishankar (Sai Kumar's brother), while Rana Daggubati's voice will be heard as Rajaratham.
The film will hit the screens on Feb 16, a day on which 'AWE' and 'Manasuku Nachindi' are also releasing.
