Actress Nidhhi Agerwal who debuted in Tamil as the love interest of Simbu in 'Easwaran' also starred as Jayam Ravi's pair in 'Bhoomi. In both the films, she did not get any chance to prove her talents but still won the hearts of the Tamil fans so much so that a temple was built for her in Chennai.

Nidhhi is currently shooting for the new untitled movie in which she is paired opposite Udhayanidhi Stalin and directed by Magizh Thirumeni of 'Thadam' fame. The shoot started in December 2020 but had to be halted due to the COVID 19-second wave and now it has resumed in Chennai.
