Suriya is all set to arrive this week with NGK, his next release after Thaanaa Serdha Koottam released last year. Directed by Selvaraghavan who is back after Irandam Ulagam released before six years, NGK is produced by Dream Warrior Pictures SR Prabhu.

NGK has Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh playing the lead ladies, and the movie has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Also starring Bala Singh, Vela Ramamoorthy, Ilavarasu, Ponvannan, Uma Padmanabhan, the movie is a political entertainer that has Suriya playing a character named Nanda Gopalan Kumaran.

To be released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, NGK has been censored a clean U, and has a runtime of 2 hours and 28 minutes. Now it has been made official that the satellite rights of NGK have been acquired by Star Vijay and the digital streaming rights have been acquired by Amazon Prime. NGK releases worldwide on May 31.
