The country reeling under the coronavirus pandemic just got a severe blow in the morning as the gas leak accident in the LG Polymer plant in Vishakapattinam has killed ten and has severely affected an entire village.
Now late this evening another shocker has come our way as news has emerged that a boiler blast in the Neyveli Lignite Factory in Cuddalore district has injured at least seven workers. Videos that were captured from the spot at the thermal power station (TPS) II at NLC India Limited, show a cloud of smoke from the premises and that the workers have sustained severe burn injuries and further details are awaited.
