New Telangana Minister's shameful comment

Jagadish Reddy, the newly-inducted Minister in the Telangana Cabinet, has made a shameful and foot-in-the-mouth remark on Tuesday.

A group of journalists asked him why there is not even a single woman in the Cabinet. His reply to this question is flabbergasting: 'Intlo unnaru kada' (They are at home already').

When the journos expressed shock and suggested that he just made a misogynistic remark, Jagadish Reddy cleverly ate his words and said that women are the backbone ('Maa backing antha aadavalle').
