‘One who does not hope to win has already lost’ was the placard on the table of late Shanker Nag at Sanketh Studio three decades ago. Today super star Upendra is with the same ‘Hope’ to do better for society entering politics is very firm on his approach.

KPJP is shaping up strongly. For an actor where was the need was question he faced from many. I have come up in life from scratch. I had no food to eat, seen luxury in life, earned crores of rupees, traveled abroad, bought Ruppi Resort….I am not finding happiness in all these. Something is haunting me. I am born for some other purpose is my feeling. I know it is difficult, but in this difficulty I am seeing pleasure of work.

Super star Upendra was philosophical and with clarity of mind disclosed that it is not right to blame on the system we live in for problems. We have to correct the system at some point of time. For me the time has come to contribute in correcting system. We have accepted the ‘Mistakes’ in life. That should change. I would put my effort and not lose hope. It will be till my breath. I lose in this election; I would come up again and again.

When I was in Bangalore High School days, history teacher AJR was inspiring us about our state and country. When I came to PUC the love towards country increased. I should do something made a place in my mind. Later I came to films, someone told me to hide my buck tooth, I applied clips and clicked as hero, direction was also I cherished, things happened one by one for greater level and comfort.

Now I feel all such pleasure is enough and very serious on bringing change. That is what KPJP party is opting for. We don’t have money but urge is strong to do good job for people. As I studied for every assembly constituency it is Rs.300 crores set aside for development work. For 224 assembly constituencies means it is a mammoth amount. We can be very strong in all sectors if such money is utilized in proper way.
Upendra theory is growing strong day by day.
