Actress Vijayalakshmi, daughter of acclaimed director Agathiyan had made her debut with Venkat Prabhu's Chennai 600028, and later went on to act in movies such as Anjathey, Katrathu Kalavu etc to name a few.

Vijayalakshmi who was last seen on screen in Chennai 600028 IInd Innings had been the wild-card contestant of the second season of Bigg Boss as well, and has been popular on social media.
