Though she had acted in many advertisements, Model and actress Raiza Wilson had become a popular name among Tamil audience after she participated as a contestant in the first season of the reality game show Bigg Boss hosted by Kamal Haasan.

She had acted in a small role in Dhanush's Velaiyilla Pattadhari 2, and as the show got her a lot of fans, she was cast as the female lead in the romantic movie Pyaar Prema Kadhal, where she was paired with her fellow contestant Harish Kalyan and the movie turned a success.

Recently, the actress shared her photo on Twitter, captioning it "Call me on my landline", and this has lead to numerous netizens asking Raiza her number and the photo has turned viral. Raiza is next acting in Alice produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Kadhalika Yarumillai starring GV Prakash.
