Popular Netflix show: ‘Squid Game’ series creator announces season with a new character!

'Squid Game' is a Korean web series created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, which is currently the most-watched show on the streaming giant Netflix. It depicts people with financial hardships stuck in a dystopian situation, where they play deadly games to win whopping prize money.
The first season comprised 8 episodes and concluded with a cliffhanger. On June 12, Netflix took to social media to announce that Squid Game is renewed for Season 2 and dropped a new poster. Also, the show's creator released a statement saying that the new edition will feature Young-hee's boyfriend Cheol-su.
For those who are unaware, Young-hee is the large motion-sensing animatronic doll that appears in the Red Light, Green Light game in the series. The show creator, Hwang Dong-hyuk's statement read:
