"Your every action is watched," says the trailer for 'NET', the surveillance thriller where Rahul Ramakrishna's Laxman has invaded the privacy of Avika Gor's Priya to quench his perverted pleasure. The trailer, which was unveiled today, only increases our curiosity about the OTT release, to be streamed on ZEE5 from September 10.
"After an online subscription-based surveillance agency lets Laxman, a married man, watch the life of Priya, a young girl, through hidden cameras, his obsession towards Priya puts him in a complex situation," say makers, giving a thorough idea of the exciting premise.
The visuals are arresting, while Laxman's strained relationship with his wife seems to have a solid emotional value.
With music by Naresh Kumaran, the web film comes across as a gripping thriller. Written and directed by Bhargav Macharla, its cinematography is by Abhiraj Nair, while the film has editing by Raviteja Girijala.
