Rhea Chakraborty demands CBI action against neighbour for false claim!

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty who had been accused of abetting the suicide of her boyfriend, actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has demanded CBI to take action against her neighbour for making false statements to media and misleading the investigation.

In Rhea's letter to Nupur Sharma, who's heading the CBI's special team, she has mentioned that her neighbour Dimple Thawani had made a false claim that Sushant Singh Rajput had dropped Rhea to her house in his car on 13 June, just a day before he had committed suicide at his residence in Bandra.

Rhea Chakraborty's letter read Dimple Thawani made false and bogus allegations against me knowing them to be false and misled the investigation. The allegation was that Sushant Singh Rajput had dropped me to my house in his car on 13 June, which is false. I say that such conduct makes out a prima facie case punishable under sections 203 (giving false information about an alleged offence) and 211 (false charge of offence) of the Indian Penal Code which is punishable with seven years imprisonment. Initially, Rhea Chakraborty and her family members were booked by Bihar Police on charges of driving Sushant Singh Rajput to suicide.
