Actress Neena Gupta's career revival is one of the biggest and most inspiring comebacks in the history of Bollywood. She managed to kickstart her second innings in the industry with a masterclass performance in Ayushmann Khurrana starrer 'Badhaai Ho'. Neena became a household name after that and started getting more and more exciting projects. Few months ago, the actress released her memoir titled 'Sach Kahun To' in which she talked about the struggles she had in her life.

While she has often talked about her relationship with Viv Richards, Neena recently opened up about the unusual family dynamic which was part of her childhood. Apparently, Neena's father had two complete families and he would try to balance his time and resources between both of them. Her mother suffered a lot but always tried to shield her kids from the truth.

According to a report in Filmfare, Neena said, "My mother killed herself trying to hide what my father did to her. I think that is why I have written this book when my father, mother, brother, and bhabhi (sister-in-law) are no more. I don't think l'd have written it if my parents or brother were alive. I think that was also one reason that I could write now."
