Remember Neelima Tirumalasetti, the producer of Pawan Kalyan's 'Panjaa'? She had got in touch with Power Star during the days of Praja Rajyam in 2008. Since the actor-politician liked her indomitable spirit to face racial abuse in the US (where she was working in the IT sector in the early 2000s) and her track record of leading a movement for change in the US laws that would lead to fairness at workplace, he made her a spokesperson of the Yuva Rajyam, PRP's youth wing.
Neelima, who stays away from the media, is silently mentoring budding/aspiring writers at Writers Rescue Centre in Hyderabad. Co-founded by her, she has teamed up with competent writers to groom scores of talented writers.
In this endeavour, Neelima is being helped by Nikhil Chandwani, a young writer. "We mentor people in how to write (writing basics), the art of storytelling, the flow of the book and how it is carved, editing, proof-reading of the manuscript, etc," the founders say.
A wife and a mother, Neelima decided to stay back in India after returning from the US in the late 2000s. She wanted her children to be brought up in India.
